Chahna began her culinary journey as a baker, steadily climbing the ranks in the kitchen. Driven by passion for the fine arts of pastry, Chahna pursued a year long study in Patissiere, earning a diploma. This dedication to mastering the craft led to opportunities in Michelin Starred restaurants, Where Chahna honed her skills to the highest standard. Throughout her career, Chahna has contributed to some of the UKs finest one-star, two-star and three-star Michelin establishments. Now, with a wealth of experience and expertise, Chahna is ready to share her knowledge and skills through her own business.
The meaning Behind Kowhai
The name "Kowhai" holds a special significance for me. It envokes a sense of home and encompasses two of my favorite things: the colour yellow, which is my favorite, and the beautiful Kowhai flower, native to my homeland.
The word "Kowhai" originates from the Maori word yellow.
